Europlasma opens new R&D centre in Shenzen, China
Europlasma, a global leader in low pressure plasma technology, is proud to announce the opening of a new R&D-center in the Longhua New District of Shenzhen, strategically located in the south of China. The R&D-center will be equipped with the next generation of Nanofics® technology and operated by a skilled team of both local and international experts.
“The R&D-center will further strengthen our link to Asia. We will now be better able to customize coating solutions together with our customers and factories in China, develop customers’ SOP’s to implement the coating solutions in their manufacturing process, and work with each customer towards optimal coating strategies for their product,” explains Eva Rogge, Europlasma’s R&D Manager.
Nanofics® refers to nanoscaled functionalization into the core of complex shaped materials and products. It is Europlasma’s patented and patent pending plasma coating technology platform, used almost 25 years by a worldwide renowned customer base for the coating of filtration products, functional textiles, medical devices and consumer electronics.
